We start by offering our views on the value of your home and will agree with you a suitable asking price to set.
We discuss and agree a marketing strategy with you, which will be tailored to suit you and your type of property.
We will accompany all viewers over your home and will report feedback to you.
We will advertise your property regularly in the press and display it on a number of national and local websites, prepare full colour brochures with internal views and floorplans. We can even display a 360 degree virtual tour of your property on the internet!

When we receive an offer from an interested party, we will thoroughly check any chain involved, the buyers ability to proceed and check that any mortgage has been agreed in principle. We can then discuss the offer with you, armed with the information you need to make an informed descision.

Once a sale has been agreed it will be closely monitered.  We will check the progress of every sale involved in your 'chain' and then give you a report.

On exchange of contracts we will contact you to inform you of the event and the agreed completion date. We can assist in recommending removal firms etc. and advise on procedures for dealing with utility companies...we even provide you with a supply of personalised change of address cards.
On the day of your move we will hold the keys to your proprty and oversee the handover of them to the buyers, only when your solicitor confirms that the monies have been received.
