James Collier the branch manager joined the company in 1995 straight from college and has been with us ever since, apart from a spell in Peru where he spent six months as a volunteer helping to build a church hall in a small village.James is a natural to our business, as he gets a lot of pleasure from meeting people and even more from being able to help them with any aspect of moving home.

   
Bill Rendell has been with us since 1999, and has now clocked up about 35 years in Estate Agency, and almost entirely in Rustington and surrounding areas.He claims to be 39, so he must have started very young!!
Bill is an excellent source of local knowledge having lived here most of his adult life and takes a keen interest in all local issues.

   
Alex Goodman decided to join his fathers business in 2006 having gained experience in hospitality and other areas of the service industry. This has given him a vital grounding in the world of customer care. He has already joined the National Association of Estate Agents and is hoping to take the NAEA Technical Award exams once he is further into his training.He also naturally hopes to take over from his (ageing!!) father one day.

   
   
Linda Wyatt started with Goodmans from our very first day back in May 1994, having previously worked with Richard Goodman at another local company.As a result Linda has been largely responsible for setting up many of our systems and so knows how we work inside out. These days Linda is mainly responsible for the update of this web site and the others on which we advertise. She also handles much of the administration of the office.An invaluable Jill of all trades!

 
 
Geraldine Atkinson joined us in 1998 having previously been Assistant Manager at a Rustington building society.
She has lived in Rustington most of her life and so there isn't much about the local area that Geraldine doesn't know.Working different hours to Linda, Geraldines duties are very similar and will often be the voice you will hear if you call in the afternoon.


Last, but not least, are our excellent weekend ladies, Helen, Natalie, Shirley and Gina who help us at our busiest times.
